QUESTION
Hello! My milk chiller is not keeping the milk cold. It is plugged in but does not get cold at all, ultimately spoiling our milk. Let me know what I can do, if their is a warranty or easy fix? Thank you!

QUESTION
does this not ship with accessories to dispense from 1/2 gallon plastic milk cartons?

ANSWER
Hello, all of the included parts can be seen in the manual under the literature tab for this product. It includes the unit, power supply & plug, base with drip tray, drip tray insert, drip tray metal platform, disposable straw and refillable container, refillable container lid, air filter, wire tie, and pipette.
